Puiforcat was founded in Paris in 1820 and gained lasting renown through Jean Puiforcat, a descendant of the founding family, who became a leading figure in modern silverwork. His Art déco-inspired style combines clean architectural lines with sterling silver, exotic woods, semi-precious stones and shagreen. Since 1993 part of the Hermès group, the house continues this heritage with contemporary designers, including the Zermatt cutlery by Patrick Jouin, now held in the Centre Pompidou and the Museum of Arts and Design. Our range includes Puiforcat cutlery, tableware accessories and home design pieces.
